We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and digital payments via Bitcoin, Apple Pay & PayPal. All prices and currency are displayed according to your IP geographical location. These prices are converted in real time to the current daily exchange rate. All orders are charged in $AUD. If ordering from international destinations you may incur foreign currency charges from your banking institution. Benah has no control over this, please contact your bank to learn more about these fees.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Benah uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Benah thoroughly checks all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully. Unless otherwise stated below you may return any purchased item for return/exchange within 21 days of the date of delivery. But you must indicate your intention to return/exchange via email at hello@benah.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. Benah will then issue you with a RA number.

Notification to return an item not received within the 7-day period will not be accepted and will not be issued with a RA number.

Opened apothecary goods, worn jewels, vintage/one of a kind items and all items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place and items must be returned in original packaging. For all returns a store credit will be issued unless the product is deemed incorrectly supplied or faulty. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the purchaser’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by Benah only in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. 

Any item purchased from Benah that is legitimately incorrect or deemed to be faulty may be eligible for a refund. In order to obtain a refund you must contact Benah by via email info@thebenah.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If the item has been worn/used and the issue is deemed to be caused by a fault in construction or manufacturing, Benah will do its upmost to repair and resolve the issue. Benah does not assume responsibility for future deteriorating as a result of mishandling or use of improper care products.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared you will receive your repair, new item, or store credit within 5 working business days. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued at the discretion of Benah.

However, if you decide to cancel your pre order a $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
