Benah offers free delivery Australia wide for all orders over $120 and $12 for any orders under this amount. International shipping is a flat rate of $35

All local orders within Australia will be sent via same day or road express courier. You MUST provide a business address or an address where someone is in attendance as there must be someone to sign for the delivery. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful due to no one being in attendance you will be charged for re-delivery.

All international deliveries will need to be signed for, so please make sure you provide an appropriate address.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched

When possible our preferred method for local and national deliveries is via same day or road express courier. To qualify for this method, you must provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

International deliveries will be sent using Australian Post Express Post International or a courier service. Transit time is between 3-10 working days from time of dispatch. This may vary depending on the shipping destination.


All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Benah will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by your country.

When ordering from Benah, you are considered the 'importer of record' and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers, but from time to time shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond the estimated original delivery timeframe.


Benah insures each delivery during the time it is in transit until it has been delivered to the delivery address. Proof of delivery via tracking number and/or signature is provided for local deliveries.

We require a signature for all international goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Benah and transfer of responsibility in the same way.


Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. This is an added security measure for your protection.
